about the structure, the evolutionary state of the wine and the tipology of the same one. |

VINES For the white ones there must be a minimum of 50% of Verdicchio. For the red ones the Sangiovese and Montepulciano vines, alone or jointly, at least 60%. All the authorized grapes and/or reccomended in the province of Ancona and Macerata can concur for the remaining percentages. ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES ASPECT:
White: Tenuous yellow straw-colored.Red: ruby color OPTIMAL AGE The white wines as well as the red ones are preferably to be consumed new. WINE-GLASS AND SERVICE
